Muggsy-Bogues

Muggsy Bogues, is 5 foot 3, but has a will, drive and determination stronger than most men. The shortest player in NBA history, took the time out to join us on The Post Game Plan to talk about his journey into the league, and how he transitioned into his current role as a Head Coach for the Falcons.

In his 14 year career, Muggsy played for four teams, including the Washington Bullets, Charlotte Hornets, Toronto Raptors and Golden State Warriors. He also won a Gold Medal as a FIBA World Champion in 1986. Among his many accomplishments on and off the court, the foundation for Muggsy, came from his Communication degree which he attained at Wake Forest, which has helped him in Coaching the WNBA Charlotte Sting and now the Falcons. Muggsy is also the Author of the book “In the Land of Giants: My life in Basketball”.
